🎄CHBID-First Ever Tree Lighting Event🎄
The Castle Hill BID’S First Ever Tree Lighting Event was wonderful. We had an awesome Parade Float in collaboration with the Westchester Square BID.We spread holiday cheer in both Districts and ended at our Tree Lighting Site On Castle Hill. We were met with our Bronx Borough President Vanessa L. Gibson, and Assemblymember Karines Reyes. A special thank you to our Council member Amanda Farias for also joining us and helping to support this initiative. The rain couldn’t stop us from making history as we counted down on our First Ever Tree Lighting. The community waited patiently to meet Santa and receive gifts and hot cocoa, which made the night even more magical. Special shoutout to everyone who came out despite the weather.Thank you to our local precincts the 43rd, 45th, The auxiliary police, community affairs and our explorers for adding to this event and providing a safe atmosphere for us. We are so grateful for all the love and support.
